Not included in the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics: the unemployment rate for Latinos in general is 12%.

      It’s the other way around. In the graphic, the highest group (the winners) have the lowest unemployment rate. The lowest group (the ones who are losing out) have the highest unemployment rate. Sorry if it’s a little confusing!
