No Excuse

A short video that dispels myths for young people hoping to apply for college, was the final feature in media arts category for the juried, Young At Art, city-wide, arts festival. Oscar, while filling out his own applications for college, thought it would be useful to make a video for his peers who may not have access to the counseling resources he had.
